افتح مكيال وادخل بحسابك.
روح حسابي.
اضغط حذف الحساب وأكّد.

ينحذف الحساب فوراً.

بدون التطبيق

أرسل إيميل من أي بريد على support@mikyal.net بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب»، من نفس الإيميل المسجّل في حسابك، واكتب اسم المستخدم. نتحقق إن الإيميل لك ونحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام كحد أقصى، ونبلّغك.

وش ينحذف

الحساب: الإيميل، الاسم، اسم المستخدم، بيانات الجسم والهدف.
كل السجلات: الوجبات، الماء، الوزن، التمارين وخططها، الدورة، الطبخات وصورها، المفضلة.
محادثات المدرب الذكي، والأصدقاء، والرسائل، وصور التوثيق.

الحذف نهائي وما نقدر نرجّعه. سجل إرسال أكواد الدخول ممكن يبقى عند مزوّد الإيميل لفترة محدودة لمنع الإساءة.

الاشتراك

حذف الحساب ما يلغي اشتراك مكيال+ في المتجر. ألغه من إعدادات App Store أو Google Play عشان ما يتجدد.

Delete your Mikyal account

In the app (fastest)

Open Mikyal and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@mikyal.net with the subject “Account deletion request”, from the email on your account, including your username. We verify the email belongs to you and delete the account within 7 days at most, then confirm.

What is deleted

Account: email, name, username, body and goal data.
All logs: meals, water, weight, workouts and plans, cycle data, recipes and their photos, favorites.
AI coach conversations, friends, messages and streak photos.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The sign-in code email log may be kept by the email provider for a limited time to prevent abuse.

Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your Mikyal+ subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings so it does not renew.
